Not a thing, disappointed hat you have them on your web site
Rooms smelly, damp dark, not patch on their website image, solar pool not working as "Manager"(who seemed only staff) could not travel 30km to get part. I had feeling that this would be "hick" complex as it took 2 phone call prior to arrival with messages left on phone as no-one to answer and 2 days later got call back. On arrival young mgr had forgotten all we had discussed the day before about requirements.Due to one person not travelling with us we wanted to change one of rooms we booked from a 2 bedroom to one bedroom.H E told us nothing available but would see what could be done. On arrival we kept original booking, however we discovered talking to another dissatisfied guest that they had booked 2 bedroom but had to take one bedroom and have bes added. This typifies the level of organisation at complex.Far from being "Paradise Apartments" Grossly overpriced for level of complex. You should seriously consider removing them from your website. I will not be recommending them to any of my associates

It was very spacious and the bath was great. Kitchen facilities were also good.
The outlook from the unit was very harsh. Nothing to look at and the courtyard was very uninviting. The actual unit was not somewhere you would actually like to hang out but a good place to just sleep and cook breakfast and dinner. The direct outdoor living area was not ideal.

I got bitten frm a bug in the pool so we left the hotel a day early to see my doctors as I broke out with rash frm sofa. Carpets needs to be changed and gardening around the pool needs maintenance. However the Manager Jon was lovely and he seemed to be the only one doing everything frm cleaning rooms when he should be taking care of important issues like organise maintenance etc.

Spacious, clean, comfortable beds
Old fashioned, need urgent renovation, old dark carpeting, bathroom small, warm water tank not enough for shower for 2 people

The price is very reasonable. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and very well equipped. It's definitely good for family trips where you can cook your own meals and sit back to relax. The location is good for us. Though not so centrally located as some other motels or apartments where you can simply walk to the 90 mile beech, this one is only a few minutes by car from the city centre and really causes no trouble for us because we drive. Actually we really enjoyed this location because it is quiet and is just next to the local residences. There are two alpacas just opposite the road. :-p
Can't think of anything yet.

It was only a quick walk to the beach.
The bed was too soft, The fact we stayed 3 nights and were not offered any new towels or a room cleaning in the 3 nights. It was very disappointing when you stay at an apartment we had to asked for new garbage bags, we had to remove our own rubbish and that no new towels were offered throughout outlets entire stay.

Very quiet as off the main road and very spacious with good facilities. Bed was comfortable with light and airy rooms.
Bathroom a little cramped with small Hot water system.

Space - apt was for 5 and we were only 2 adults. Laundry facilities.
Very tired and poorly equipped. Light did not work in bathroom. Broken blinds. Only 2 saucepans for cooking (for 5) - 1 broken. Awful 'patio in courtyard' was nothing but a fenced in area surrounded by brick walls - dirty outdoor furniture and weeds and cobwebs. Unkempt garden and pool area.

Quiet, good size room
No one in reception when we arrived, but left a key. Entrance smelt & was dirty. Pool area unkempt and dead plants. Reception area poorly maintained.

Good amount of space, cooking facilities basic but sufficient, very quiet and relaxing.
The shower and toilet area a bit cramped; the two settees a bit dilapidated. Easy to get in but hard to get out.

Lovely quiet location, well priced, good sized 1 bedroom apartment which was very clean and generally had a well equipped kitchen. It is only a short drive to Lakes Entrance.
Bed in the front 1 Bedroom apartment should be replaced (with a better quality, softer bed) The apartments are undergoing a management change and the new people seem more helpful and friendly. The previous management were asked for a scourer to clean the pots after use, but this never eventuated.

Value for money in comparison to other establishments in the area and the size of the room was big in terms of places we have stayed at in the past and paid a lot more for. Mind you we did stay in what was termed as the Villa, it was more like a 2 bedroom house, which was comfy and cosy and located in a quiet area, not far from the shops and main tourist area'S. Most certainly would stay again when we travel next to this area.
Not wanting to be negative but these are only minor issues that can be easily rectified. 1. The outdoor Spa Pool was dirty with mould. 2. Kitchen oven had no oven trays which sadly we discovered at the time of wanting to heat a meal, went into town get foil trays. (Left 2 in oven not used) 3. The kitchen had no suitable bowls for eating breakfast cereal out of. 4. The main bedroom mattress lacked any real support that one would wake up with back pain.
